We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Corporate & Commercial Law team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and business incorporations.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review corporate documents, contracts, and agreements
- Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
Qualifications: - LL.B. or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
