HON. JUSTICE OLUDOTUN ADEBOLA ADEFOPE-OKOJIE
Hon. Justice Oludotun Adebola Adefope-Okojie obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Lagos in 1975. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1976. She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of London and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
She began her career in legal practice during her National Youth Service year at the Ministry of Justice, Plateau State, subsequently becoming employed as a State Counsel. She joined the Chambers of Gally Brown-Peterside, SAN in 1978, later founding the law firm Adefope & Co, also in Jos, Plateau State in 1983, where she engaged in active litigation and corporate law practice, until her appointment as a Judge of the High Court of Lagos State in 1996. She sat in the various divisions of the High Court of Lagos State until March 2014 when she was appointed a Justice of the Court of Appeal, serving at the Kaduna and Owerri Divisions of the Court of Appeal. She retired from the Federal Judiciary on the 17th of May 2023.
She is the author of “Civil Litigation: A Quick Reference Guide to Substantive Law and Procedure”, with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Editions, published in 2013, 2019, 2022 and 2025 respectively. She is blessed by an adorable family.

ABIODUN ADEDIRAN OLATUNJI, SAN
Born on the 29th day of December 1967; Abiodun Adediran Olatunji was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1993 after obtaining his LLB from the University of Ibadan in 1992. He further bagged a master's degree (LLM)specializing in Banking and Commercial Law from the University of Lagos in the year 2000.
He began his legal career with the Central Bank of Nigeria as a Corp Member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 1993; from where he joined the Firm of Abdullahi Ibrahim and Company, Lagos Office. Abiodun has vast experience in litigation spanning diverse areas of law in trial courts, specialized courts and across all the Appellate Courts of Nigeria. He prosecutes and defends cases for various Federal government agencies and also offers a wide range of advice in key regulatory sectors of the Nigerian economy.
He is also an alumnus of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies where he obtained a Certificate course in Drafting Commercial Agreement and Banking Documentation. He is presently the Deputy Head of Chambers of the Lagos office of Abdullahi Ibrahim & Co. Abiodun was admitted into the Inner Bar as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in the year 2019.
He has been consistently involved in high profile criminal litigation in Nigeria and highly knowledgeable in diverse fields of Law. Abiodun is versed and highly experienced in high level corporate commercial transactions as well as Arbitration and Mediation processes.
Abiodun Adediran Olatunji is also an astute businessman and a board room guru. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Jus Partners, a telecommunications servicing company offering a wide range of consultancy and project management services to telecommunications companies in Nigeria. He also chairs the Board of World Lilies Event Place & Hotel, a luxurious one stop center for social and corporate events

DR. ADEDOYIN SALAMI
A 1989 doctorate graduate in Economics from Queen Mary College, University of London, Dr. Salami is a well experienced economist. He is currently Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KAINOS Edge Consulting Ltd. - a Management Consulting firm focussed on goods and service markets research. He has recently returned to this role after completing an 18mth stint as Chief Economic Adviser (CEA) to President Mohammadu Buhari.
Formal education for Doyin included the International Women’s School (IWS), Mainland Preparatory Primary School (MPPS), Igbobi College Yaba (ICY) and Queen Mary College, University of London where he earned the Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Economics.
His work experience started at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) which he combined with working in his family’s trading business. He left the family business in 1998 to build a career, over the subsequent three-and-half decades, that has spanned academics, consulting, public policymaking, policy advocacy and corporate leadership.
He joined the Lagos Business School in 1998 and spent the next twenty years teaching and undertaking research and consulting work. Though he left the fulltime faculty of the LBS in 2017, he continues to teach economics as an adjunct member of that faculty.

Some of the highlights of his involvement in policy making include: (a)involvement with the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) culminating in membership of its board of directors until 2022; (b) appointment, in 2009, a member of the Federal Government of Nigeria’s Economic Management Team by HE President Umar Yar’Adua; (c) appointment to membership of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in January 2010 - he successfully served 2 terms of 4years each; (d) Beyond Nigeria, he was also a member of the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) Advisory Group for Sub-Saharan Africa.
Returning to the domestic policy space, Doyin was appointed Chairman of the Presidential Economic Advisory Council by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019. He subsequently became Chief Economic Adviser to the President. A role that ended in 2023.
In addition to leading KAINOS Edge Consulting Ltd., Doyin’s involvement in corporate leadership include roles as Chairman, Board of Directors of Prestige Assurance Plc. and ARM-Investment Managers Ltd. Otunba Bimbo Ashiru was born in Ijebu-Ode to the illustrious Ashiru family. His father, late Pa Simeon Adeyemi Ashiru, was a distinguished Ijebu statesman while his mother Omo'ba (Princess) Moradeun Ashiru, is from the Fidipote royal family of Ijebu Ode and the ruling house of Owu-Ijebu.
He is well educated, graduating with a degree in Marketing, Purchasing & Supply, and a Masters’ Degree in Strategic Management. With this background, he entered the services of the then Chartered Bank in the year 1989. In a successful career that has spanned over three decades and taken him to various institutions, he has served in various capacities of Management including Head, Private Banking Unit; Branch Manager; Head, Institution & Professional Banking; Regional Coordinator; Country Director, Personal and Business Banking; Director, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Social Investments; until his last position of Group Head, Public Sector with Stanbic IBTC Bank.
He was the pioneer head of the department.
He has served in various capacities in the public and private sector where he distinguished himself, blazing many paths. He is a seasoned politician who has held positions on several Boards and Committees. He has a profound awareness of governmental policy, legal concerns, and economic trends, which has enabled him to serve the public in an efficient manner.
He was the Honorable Commissioner for Commerce and Industry in Ogun State, serving two terms between 2011-2018. Under his stewardship, the business environment of the state developed beyond imagination with over 1, 279.84% increase in internally generated Revenue of the State. Over 300 factories / companies established their presence in Ogun State with a cumulative investment profile of about N691.77 Billion in 2014, compared to N377 Billion in 2013.
This placed Ogun State in first position in Nigeria, according to the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria. During his time, approximately 75% of Manufacturing Foreign Direct Investment into the country between 2011 – 2016 came into Ogun State. Also, during his tenure the World Bank Group, in its Doing Business in Nigeria 2014 Report, ranked Ogun State as one of the best five States in terms of ease of doing business against the 36th position in its 2010 report. He also facilitated the creation of a One-Stop Shop Investment Center (OSSIC) which sits within the Ministry of Commerce & Industry to assist potential investors with procedures for investment and documentation processing.
He emerged as consensus gubernatorial candidate for the Ijebu-Remo agenda under the flag of the All-Progressive Congress in 2019, and continues to be an active member of the party.
Otunba Bimbola Ashiru is a man with a desire for developing people around him, and this translated into his appointment as the representative of the Awujale of Ijebuland on the Ijebu Development Initiative on Poverty Reduction (IDIPR). He has distinguished himself in this field and represented his people favorably to the best of his ability. He was also on the Technical and Communications Committees of the 17th Nigerian Economic Summit (2011).

In recognition of his selfless service to society and having distinguished himself as a true son of Ijebu land and an astute banker of repute, Otunba Bimbola Ashiru was presented with the royal title of Otunba Adeona Fusigboye of Ijebu land in December, 2006 by His Royal Majesty, The Awujale and Paramount Ruler of Ijebu Land, Oba (Dr.) Sikiru Kayode Adetona CFR.
He is a recipient of numerous awards, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to society and his people. These include but are not limited to: Best Commissioner of the Year 2015, Most Outstanding Commissioner, Awards for Service Excellence, Ijebu Man of the Year, Centre For Values in Leadership’s Award of Excellence, etc.
Otunba Bimbola Ashiru is the Chairman of Blackcod Asset Management Group, Director OGC Foods and Beverages Ltd. (Lasena Water), and he is a member of the Advisory Board, Africa Private Sector Summit. He is currently the Chairman of Odu’a Investment Company Limited, a conglomerate jointly owned by the six southwestern states of Nigeria, a position in which he has again distinguished himself, leading the Board and Company to record feats such as creating a more business-friendly environment, acquisition of a marginal oil field and a vibrant focus on agriculture that will lead to industrialization and create sustainable jobs.
Under his leadership Odu’a Investment Company Ltd has attracted some very high-quality partners as a result of the efforts invested in improving the quality of talent, building confidence amongst stakeholders and creating high value projects such as the redevelopment of Premier Hotel, Lagos Airport Hotel and other projects expected to attract over N100 billion into joint ventures over the next few years. To facilitate social development, he oversaw the development of the Odu’a Investment Foundation which is expected to empower the youth with skills required to succeed.
He is a member of the Metropolitan Club, Ikoyi Club 1938 and a member of the Ijebu Heritage Group and Ijebu Renaissance Group. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors. Otunba Ashiru is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers [FCIB]; Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria; National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria [FNIMN] and Chartered Institute of Commerce of Nigeria. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, and the Global Leadership Centre, Johannesburg where he has attended courses on leading Boards and managements teams. Otunba Bimbola Ashiru is happily married to Olukemi Ashiru, a lawyer, and they are blessed with two lovely children.
